  I tired this ford dealer few times but i am not happy with the service in general. Last time I visited for MOT and they told that no engine oil coming on drum stick. I was surprise as there was no warning light appeared and there was no leak under the car. But they mention on the advisory section that oil leakage under the car if that the case then how come i pass the MOT. Time before one of headlight bulb was fuse and they charge me £35 to put a new bulb without asking me. I think they should improve there customer service and stop unnecessary charges.
